GV299 : Designing the architectural model of volunteer human resources in sports with Ambidextrous approach

Abstarct: Volunteering is one of the important characteristics of civil society all over the world Many sports organizations cannot survive without the support of volunteers and rely heavily on volunteers. Therefore, considering the unique dependence of the non-profit sector on volunteers, a principled and correct management plan is necessary to manage the volunteering sector in sports organizations. The aim of the current research was to designing the architectural model of volunteer forces in sports with a Ambidextrous approach . More specifically, baxsed on the process of the mexta-synthesis research method, first, 174 papers were identified by searching the relevant databaxses. Second, 55 papers were selected by screening the above-mentioned papers. Finally, the model of the study was developed by analyzing the selected papers. Finally, the 4 dimensions of drives (management, organizational, physical, strategic and motivational values), managerial functions (planning, recruitment, selection, familiarization and training, recognition, monitoring and evaluation, and maintenance), The behavior of human resources (individual, group and organizational) and consequences (individual, social, economic and social) were identified. In the relevant division of the two-column approach in the dimension of drives, managerial, organizational, and physical categories were placed in the category of opportunity-creating measures, the category of strategic values was placed in the category of empowering measures, and the motivational category was placed in the category of motivating measures. In the dimension of managerial functions, the categories of planning, recruitment, selection, familiarization and training, monitoring and evaluation were included in the category of empowering measures, and the categories of recognition and maintenance were included in the category of motivating measures. In the dimension of volunteer human resource behavior, the categories of individual, group and organizational behaviors were placed in the category of opportunity-creating actions. Finally, in the dimension of consequences, the category of individual consequence was placed in the category of motivating measures, organizational consequence was placed in the category of empowering measures, and social consequence was placed in the category of opportunity-creating measures. Finally, it is recommended that sports managers and organizers take into account the dimensions, categories and concepts identified for the architectural model of sports volunteers and also consider the concept of dualism in the management of sports volunteers, by managing these valuable forces as best as possible. provide them with maintenance and support so that they can provide more and better quality sports services with their help.
